Shipping & Returns

Please read our shipping guidelines to ensure a smooth experience:  ​​

At ELA Creative Suite, all art prints are offered exclusively through pre-orders to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Here’s how the process works:

​

  1. Pre-Order Window

    • Pre-orders open on the 1st of each month and close on the 15th. Orders that are placed on or after the 15th of the month will be processed on the 1st. 

    • Once the pre-order window closes, production begins for all orders placed during that period.

  2. Estimated Delivery

    • You can expect to receive your art print(s) approximately 3–5 weeks after the pre-order windows close. While we aim for timely deliveries, slight delays may occur due to factors like production or shipping times. 

 

Ready-to-Ship Items

 

Not all items require pre-orders. Handmade jewelry and original canvas art are ready to ship within 3–7 business days of your order.

Please note:

  • Jewelry pieces are typically one-of-a-kind (1 of 1).

  • While all sales are final, you may contact us if you have an issue with a jewelry order. Remakes may be considered at the artist’s discretion, but an exact duplicate cannot be guaranteed.

  • Canvas art ships as-is and cannot be remade or exchanged.

 

Combined Orders (Prints + Earrings)


If your order includes both art prints and earrings, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order prints are ready. Earrings will not be shipped separately.

If you would like your earrings to arrive sooner, please place a separate order for earrings and a separate order for art prints.

Holiday Shipping  


During holiday sales (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), please allow extra time for packages to ship due to high order volumes.

Tracking Information
 

All orders will include tracking details so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

 

Damages or Missing Packages

​

ELA Creative Suite is not responsible for any damages or missing packages caused during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if issues arise.  

 

No Returns or Exchanges 
 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
